Meet the Team
Nate Metz
Cofounder and Director of Media
Nate Metz is a broadcaster, podcaster, voice actor, audio engineer, and accountant. Nate's audio career is highlighted by his voicing of the audiobook version of the Amazon Best-Seller: “Smile and Succeed for Teens" and his podcast, Mysteries of the Ohio Valley. He enjoys red wine, Christmas, betting on horses, and thinking about ways to inspire others.
Rick Childers
Cofounder and Editor-in-Chief
Rick Childers is a fiction writer from Eastern Kentucky. His work has appeared in Limestone Journal, Pine Mountain Sand and Gravel, Still: the Journal, Heartwood Literary Magazine and the San Joaquin Review. Rick received his Masters of Arts in Writing at the Sena Jeter Naslund-Karen Mann School of Writing where he was the recipient of their Appalachian Emerging Writer Scholarship. He enjoys gardening with his wife Sydni, son Hiram, and blue heeler Arlo.
